Turbocharger Fitting Kits Ireland & EU – OE-Quality Install Kits
Make turbo installation faster and more reliable with OE-quality fitting kits designed for confident sealing and secure mounting. Old gaskets and seals should never be reused — heat-cycled material loses its seal, and re-fitting it is one of the most common causes of post-installation oil and boost leaks, so always fit new components and follow your vehicle manufacturer's fitting procedure. Gaskets, seals, studs and hardware from AJUSA and Melett — matched by engine code for Ford, Toyota, VW, Audi, BMW, Renault, Peugeot, Citroën and more. Send your engine code or OE number and we confirm the correct kit before you order.

Installation Essentials: What Most Turbo Failures Actually Come From
A new fitting kit only protects the turbo if the rest of the oil circuit is clean, unrestricted and correctly primed before start-up. Most early-life turbo failures aren't caused by a faulty unit — they're caused by oil starvation or contamination introduced during the fit.
Oil Feed & Return Pipe Checks Inspect the feed pipe for kinks, splits and sludge build-up, and always renew the union washers/banjo bolts. The return pipe must have a clear downhill run to the sump — any restriction or wrong-angle fit causes oil to back up into the centre housing and blow seals within minutes.
Contamination Prevention Flush the oil feed line and cooler/lines before fitting the new turbo — debris from a failed unit is the single most common cause of repeat failure. Always fit with new, clean engine oil and a new filter, and keep all fittings capped until final assembly to keep grit out of the bearing housing.
Priming Before First Start Never crank on first start without oil pressure at the bearings. Disconnect the fuel supply or ignition and crank the engine until oil flows steadily from the feed line, or pre-fill the centre housing through the feed port, before reconnecting and starting.
Practical Fitting Process 1 Remove old turbo, cap all oil/coolant/boost ports immediately
2 Clean mating surfaces, flush feed/return lines, inspect for debris
3 Fit new gaskets/seals from the kit, torque to manufacturer spec
4 Reconnect oil feed/return, boost and coolant pipework
5 Prime oil supply, start and idle, check for leaks before driving
