1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return period to all customers worldwide.
Customers within the European Union benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
The return period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

To qualify for a full refund, items should be returned in original condition with all parts and packaging included.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to excessive handling.

5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods (or proof of return), refunds will be processed within 14 days.
