What You Need to Send Us

Any one of the following is usually enough for us to confirm the correct part — you don't need all of them:

• Vehicle VIN (chassis number) — the most reliable option, since it identifies the exact production build and engine variant
• Engine code — usually stamped on the engine block or listed in the vehicle handbook
• Existing part number — found on the old turbo, actuator or CHRA housing, or on the original invoice
• A clear photograph — of the part's ID plate or casting markings, if the number is worn or hard to read
