What does "VSR Balanced" mean? Quality
VSR (Vertical Spin Rig) balancing is a high-precision process that spins the turbocharger's rotating assembly at high speeds (up to 150,000 RPM) to detect even the smallest imbalance. All our remanufactured turbochargers are VSR balanced to meet or exceed OEM specifications. This ensures:
  • Smoother operation with zero vibrations
  • Extended bearing and seal life

What is a CHRA? Do I need one? Parts
CHRA stands for Centre Housing Rotating Assembly – the core internal parts of a turbocharger including the turbine wheel, compressor wheel, shaft, and bearings. If your turbo housing (the metal castings) is in good condition but the internals are worn, a CHRA is a cost-effective replacement. You save money by reusing your existing housings while getting brand-new precision internals. If you're unsure, contact our technical team with your turbo model and we'll help you decide.
Do I need a Fitting Kit with my turbo? Essential
Yes – we strongly recommend it. A fitting kit includes new gaskets, seals, and sometimes oil feed pipes specifically designed for your turbo installation. Reusing old gaskets can lead to:
  • Oil leaks (fire hazard and turbo damage)
  • Boost leaks (power loss and poor performance)
  • Premature turbo failure
All our fitting kits (Melett, AJUSA) are OEM-quality and guarantee a proper seal. Protect your investment – always use a new fitting kit.
What is your warranty policy? 12 Months
All products come with a 12-month limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship from the date of sale. To maintain warranty coverage:
  • Installation must be performed by a qualified automotive technician
  • Keep your original proof of payment and warranty card
  • Return failed product freight prepaid for inspection

For remanufactured products, we must receive your old unit (core) back – otherwise a surcharge will apply. If no deposit was charged at sale, the courier will collect the old unit at delivery. For all returns:
  • Return postage costs are paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise

  • Contact us first before returning any item
