All components sold are Brand new and/or fully remanufactured to original manufacturer specifications. All components are tested on industrial specific machines to ensure quality and safety. In the case that you have purchased a remanufactured product, We must have your old unit back or a surcharge will apply.If you have not been charged a deposit at the time of sale, The product will not be delivered by the courier unless the old unit is ready for collection at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure you check all the proper part numbers to make sure your part is siutable for your vehicle. All postage returns costs are incurred by the buyer! We may pay for postage under some situations, but this is entirely under our discretion. All components must be installed by a qualified automotive technician or this will void your warranty. Any components damaged by improper fitting or external factors are void of their warranty.

'\DOMAT Automotive Engineering Limited Warranty

DOMAT Automotive Engineering (the Company) warrants to the original buyer only, that the goods which are the subject all and any sales (a) conform to "the Company's" specifications and (B) shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of sale. Any failure or non-comformity to specification or defect in material or workmanship discovered within the warranty period must be notified by the buyer to "the Company" in writing and the original proof of payment along with the original warranty card that was supplied during purchase has to be supplied for the warranty claim procedures to begin.Also the mentioned faulty product must be returned, freight prepaid to "the Company" within 12 months from the original date of sale. If after inspection by "the Company" it is determined that the product does not conform to "the Company's" specifications or is defective in material or workmanship, "the company" shall at its own option, either supply a replacement product free of charge and refund any freight charges incurred by the buyer in returning the product. This is the exclusive remedy to the buyer for breach of warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused in transit, abuse or misuse, incorrect installation or service, natural disaster or unauthorised modification.

Any claim under warranty will be dis-allowed if the product has been tampered with in anyway before return to "the Company"

In no case shall "the Company" be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage ( including, without limitations, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use of the goods or any associated equipment cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, downtime, claims to third parties, and injury to persons or property) based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability in tort, or any other legal theory.

This limited warranty allocates the risks of the product failure between "the Company" and the buyer and that allocation is recognised by both parties and is reflected in the price of the goods.

This written warranty and limitation of remedies is understood to be the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, oral and written, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this warranty. No employee, agent or distributer of "the Company" or any other person is authorised to states or imply any additional warranties on behalf of "the Company", not to assume for "the Company" any other liability in connection with any of its products, unless made in writing and signed by an officer of "the Company"
